Executive Assistant

Reporting to Operational Director, provides executive support and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers/suppliers/partners; organizes and coordinates corporate events, external relations efforts and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The Executive Assistant must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities.

1. Responsible for translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa

2. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response

3. Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

4. Assist purchasing projects (specification work, sourcing, negotiation, contract) in close partnership with functional stakeholders and in accordance with indirect purchasing guidelines

5. Coordinate meetings/trainings of the international sales team.

6. Assist GM in any given tasks.

1. University degree in Business

2. Excellent oral/ written communication skills in both English and Chinese

3. Spanish is a Plus

4. Proactive, committed, dynamic and self-motivated

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

6. Presentable, conscientious, ability to work independently

7. Have work in a WFOE is a Plus

8. Must be able to travel as and when required; flexible OT
