Key Deliverables Business

? Conform with Security, Safety, Health and Environmental codes of Ingredion and local regulatory requirements related to quality department.

? Collect and review change requests in NPI and SAP, based on approval information to initiate the change through relevant process flow, e.g. through MDG for SAP master data change.

? Monitor and follow up NPI and SAP approval process for any change.

? Take documentation management to ensure the valid document published with right version and format.

? Coordinate with contractor and internal functions for good management of pest control.

? Take walk-around in work-shop to check basic GMP behavior and execution.

? Assist in QA affairs include but not limited to following up and monitoring action plans, carrying out environment motorizing plan etc.

• Fast learning and communication with IT service on system related issues.
• Coordinate with cross functions and region to get NPI and SAP related processes going smoothly to ensure timely closure of change requests.
• Work closely with key internal functions – Production, quality, Finance, CSPI, Regulatory, Logistics and CS for any master data related change or update based on request.
• Work closely with all internal functions on document requirement implementation.
• Good communication with people during plant tour on any observations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in IT, food engineering or related background.

• At least two years of experience in food companies.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 /HACCP/ISO22000/ FSSC 22000 will be preferred.

• Quick response and good at communication.

• Literate in PC software: Excel, Word, etc.; with SAP experience will be preferred.
• Good command of English for both of written and spoken.
