Mission 1

(a). Developing training program for retail in order to equip sales force with best knowledge, skill and passion to deliver best service to customer.

(b). Work interdependently with regional office, head office in Paris as well as other functional team to share knowledge in order to maximize productivity.

(c). Plan yearly and monthly training development schedule for retail experts according to business target to enhance their coaching skills;

(d). Follow up and feedback the training result on time. Update and review retail training content to better fulfill retail training needs.

(e). Communicate and work closely with retail manager to better understand and collect retail training needs.

(f). Monthly, quarterly and yearly training program and action is implemented. Makes sure result of training program meet measurable standards (timing, cost, quality, satisfaction level)

(g). Field visit in a regular base to understand the gap in between training and practice and deliver the improvement.

(h). Conduct Mystery Shopper Program to detect strength/weakness of training program as well as ability of BA and to develop strategy and planning with implementation to response it.

(i). Professional support for Trade Events and Animation

(j). Be a good model to present the Brand spirit.

• Fluent communication skills in both English and Mandarine (written, oral and interpersonal)

Others

• At least 8-10-year working experience including 2 years management experience in multinational company or similar;

• Business knowledge & understanding of market; Sales management knowledge;

• Excellent planning and organization skills;

• Positive attitude, willing to pursue future self-development and desire to win;

• Undertake monthly business trip; Effective management of travel, schedule, and expenses
