Main Responsibilities

• Serving as a single point of contact for assigned franchise marketing partners and stakeholders and developing trusted, collaborative and win-win relationships with them

• Familiar with strategic partnership and different industry business models, especially focusing on family targeted, young adults and kids marketing environment, include game, publishing, comics, media, etc. Able to adapt business plan with business partners from different industry & area.

• Able to craft partnership proposal with brands, including generate new ideas, business proposal, marketing campaign planning and execution, both ATL & BTL. Participating in the development of renewal proposals, analyzing contract terms and creating presentation documents.

• Able to craft product/content based on current assets to fulfill different business purpose when working with partners.

• Community management, able to establish campaigns with business partners to enhance franchise fans awareness & engagement.

• Great synergy among both internal & external teams, include ancillary, film release plan and marketing partners, able to drive both internal and external resources to maximize campaign awareness & results.
  

Basic Qualifications

• Very strong project management skills

• Strong experience in marketing, brand and business planning and implementation

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration experiences, especially matrix organizations

• Ability to grasp contractual nuances and provide solid judgment for business decisions that are in line with the partnership agreement

• Ability to develop and manage account plans that clearly align company’s and partner’s goals, based on strategies and tactics that are practical, executable and delivers results

• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to influence people of all levels and persuasively sell to both internal and external stakeholders

• Passion for franchise/IP/animation will be a plus

• Sensitive with visual development and content arts will be a plus

• Fluent in English is preferred
