Responsibility:

• 开发授权项目创意企划，启发和引导各行业授权合作商，找到商业合作的契合点
• Develop creative pitching infusing story-telling to inspire Licensee partners across the industries.
• 和公司内部及外部合作伙伴紧密沟通，为产品开发提供有想象力，独特且本地化的创意
• Work closely with internal /external partners to develop innovative, unique and locally relevant creative to be leveraged in product development
• 协助衍生品部门总经理开发和实施各项战略性商业策划
• Support Ancillary Business General Manager in development and implementation of Strategic Business Plans.
• 指导完成IP形象图库，审核授权合作商提交的创意形象设计
• Lead effort to create franchise style guideline and approve licensing partner’s creative design
• 协助开发具有市场吸引力的产品，并确保其应用过程中的形象连贯一致且符合标准
• To help create compelling products with consistent implementation.
• 协助提升零售产品的陈列美观性，确保零售产品形象及店内陈列效果符合标准
• To help improve retail presentation excellence, drive consistent implementation of retail image & in-store displays
• 与授权经理配合，通过开发具有市场吸引力的产品，完成产品销售目标
• Work with category sales manager to achieve sales target through compelling products plans

Requirement:

• 3~5年相关工作经验
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• 拥有可体现平面/工业设计能力，注重细节等能力特点的作品集
• A portfolio showcasing ability in graphic and industrial design skills, detail oriented
• 具有突出的项目管理及数据分析能力，能在规定时间内完成任务
• Equipped with strong project management, analytic skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
• 口头及书面沟通能力强，语言表达能力强
• Strong oral and written communication skills and compelling presentation skill
• 熟练掌握中英文以用于工作沟通
• Fluent in English and mandarin
• 产品设计，工业设计，平面设计等相关专业，本科学历
• Graduate degree in Product design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or a Related Field.
