职责描述
Coordination with HQ Planification and Controlling Dept for the implementation of controlling Group policies in Asia-Pacific Subsidiaries.
Support and supervise local Controlling Dept in Asia-Pacific subsidiaries, especially for budget preparation, monthly and quarterly analysis, action plans, etc
Prepare a variety of studies, reports and related information for decision-making purposes.
Support and provide advice on controlling when requested by other company departments.
Coordinate activities with other departments and work groups as needed.
Participate or lead new projects within the Asia Pacific subsidiaries
理想的求职者
University Degree, Finance related postgraduate studies.
Fluent speaker of English
Knowledge of Spanish and mandarin desirable
Minimum 5 years experience in Multinational Controlling department.
Knowledge accounting principles and procedures and IFRS
Strong people management skills
Strong leadership by assigning work/projects and resolving problems.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
