職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the planning, directing, and coordinating of all efforts to
achieve planned objectives regarding sales volume, market share, market
growth, market penetration, geographic market mix and market profitability.
2. Goal Driven - establish sales objectives for all Asian Operations in order to achieve overall sales and marketing objectives and forecasts for company's Family of Water Solutions.
3. Develop, communicate and administer marketing and sales policies.
Update and modify policies as necessary.
4. Hands on involvement - make personal sales calls with representatives
calling on distributors, contractors/engineers, and all other potential
sales customers.
5. Manage and conduct factory sponsored training sessions for reps.,
distributors, contractor/engineer, service stations, and other potential
sales customers.
6. Identify and assist in communicating appropriate third-party marks for
appropriate countries/regions
7. Adhere to import/export compliance program established by the
government and the corporation.
8. Problem solver - Review suggestions and complaints from the field
and communicate necessary corrective action to management.
9. Keep management at all levels informed of all factors which pertain
to the efforts of the company from the Marketing and Sales departments
in Asia.
10.Assist with all other aspects of the marketing/sales efforts as directed.
11.Possession of strong written and oral communication skills and history
of building relationships with internal and external customers.
12.Experience working with senior level managers and administration.
Experience managing salary and hourly employees and leading professional
sales team across various Asian cultures.
13.Experience managing channel conflicts with full responsibility for
decision-making and corrective action.

• 15+ years’ experience managing and coordination multi brand, multi country marketing and sales efforts.
