Detailed Responsibilities:

• During the pitching process, assist the design team by creating a variety of designs.
• Once the projects move into production, help develop the designs required such as the communication materials (key visuals, invitations, etc.) and the production items (backdrops, decorations, etc.); these designs should be provided ready-to-use by the agency’s vendors (printers, production-house, etc.) to guarantee smooth execution
• Good Powerpoint and Keynote layout and skill.
• Good FA experience and knowledge

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding the process of printing.
• Language: Fluent in both Written and spoken Chinese, English basics are required.
