Essential Duties and Responsibilities

基本职责

1、Develop potential new clients and establish a sales strategy；

发展潜在客户，建立销售策略；

2、Determine, manager and realize the targets within the responsible areas；

在负责领域确定，管理并实现有关指标；

3、Raise the market shares；

提升市场份额；

4、Observe the market and the competitors；

观察市场及竞争对手；

5、Maintain the current business relationship；

维持现有商务关系；

6、Acquire new clients；

赢取新的客户；

7、Present the concepts and products at the clients；

向客户展示有关理念与产品；

8、Area sales management；

区域销售管理；

9、Participation at establishment of sales and market concept；

参与销售市场理念的建立；

10、Participation at preparation and of the relevant exhibitions, and participate at the exhibitions；

参与有关展会准备，并参与有关展会；

11、Assist and help the work of the Vice President as instructed in all activities indicated time by time；

在各项不时出现的任务中，按指令协助与帮助副总裁相关工作；

12、Other assignments by the Vice President from time to time。

副总裁不时委派的其他任务。

Job Requirements:

岗位要求：

1、Bachelor degree in the Animal Husbandry related or Mechanical or Electrical with over 3 years sales working experience, experience in the Animal Husbandry industry and familiar with poultry farms would be a plus;

本科以上学历，机械、电气、畜牧相关等专业，3年以上销售工作经验，畜牧行业从业经验、熟悉家禽养殖行业为佳；

2、Ability to read, write and speak the English language；

具备良好的英语读、写、说的能力；

3、Possess a proficient level of skill with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel；

熟练掌握Microsoft Office操作技能，特别是Word和Excel；

4、Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines；

具备出色的组织能力，能够分清工作主次，按时完成工作任务；

5、Possess excellent written/oral communications；

具备出色的书面/口头沟通能力；

6、Ability to utilize resources to plan, organize and meet deadlines；

能够利用资源，制定计划、妥善组织并在规定时间内完成工作；

7、Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, including upper management；

具备与各个层面工作人员沟通的能力，包括高级管理层；

8、Willingness to work overtime and travelling as needed

愿意在必要时加班及出差；

9、Ability to optimize business organization and business processes。
