ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Sales
- Develop annual sales budgets for each POS and achieve sales budget. Updated sales estimation by monthly and by weekly.
- Review sales performance monthly and quarterly by brand and retailers’ management team together and push sales budgets achieved.
- Monitor retailers’ inventory level and suggest ordering. Make sure of core collection has standard stock and push low moving ones.
- Make sure all sales incentive policy are optimized and suitable for retailers
- Collect competitors all information in market
- Make sure of the A/R paid by retailer on time
2. Communication
- Communicate with retailers HQS and POS manager and build up good relationship on brand products & market strategy and information & SOP standard etc.
- Build up good relationship with key top sales staff with the aim to gain their confidence on BP
- Deliver accurate market and competitor information back to other division of brand
- Keep good internal communication in order to satisfy all the retailers’ request on ordering, marketing support needs, customer service etc.
3. Reporting
- On time finish sales monthly report/ travel and training report/OR report etc
- Update market and Competitor report/ retailer analysis report
- Project development opportunity report
- Maintain a complete retailer list according to Brand’s requirements
4. Policy enforcement
- Keep close observations for brand policy through all respects
- On time reporting and working with supervisors for policy issues solutions
- Monitor the results of sales incentive
5. Training and Operation
- Deliver 3 level class-room training courses to all POS
- Keep doing the Xinyu Operation project for NJ/HZ/SJZ/TY 4 shops
- Analyze report of Mystery Shopper Interview and set up action plan of each POS
6. VM & Trade Marketing
- Review and validate the advertisement and update to MKT team to make sure of the brand exposure in local market
- CRM organization and execution with A-level POS
- Communicate with retailer and landlords’ marketing people for we-chat/ weibo/ magazine information
- Make sure of each POS strictly follow up the VM guidelines. Collect the display pictures every day.
- Fill in the shop maintenance request form by half-year and follow up with the execution by 3rd party to make sure of the shop image
7. Distribution Control and Development
- Collect competitors and all market information and take action accordingly.
- Recognize new retail opportunity ahead of competitors
- Develop high qualitative distribution
- Maintenance relationship of landlord and retailers
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Industry / domain:
a) Experience in related field or in Luxury industry will be preferred
Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job:
b) Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin both in Oral and Written
c) Rich computer skills in Typing, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Education and Certification Requirements:
d) University Degree
