職務說明

  • Setting goals and objectives for the assigned geographic area in line with the Divisions goals and objectives
  • Leveraging resources to maximize Sales, Profitability, and Operating Income objectives
  • Ensure team achieves sales and service goals and objectives by meeting key performance metrics and following established processes and protocols
  • Manage and facilitate the introduction of new products and solutions
  • Drive structured coaching and coaching principles in the executions of strategy
  • Accurately complete administrative duties
  • Perform work in a safe manner and use appropriate personal protective equipment

理想的應徵者

  • 8 years solid B2B sales experience in Foodservice, Hospitality, Education, or Healthcare Industry
  • Solid people management experience
  • Sales Leadership/Management Experience/Leadership Experience
  • Proven track record of achieving budget on a yearly basis of 100% or more
  • Strong selling and influencing skills
  • Functional ability to operate computer and computer applications
