Target of the position:

职位目标：

• Responisible for the sales of the supermarkets in his/her area;
• 负责区域下的门店销售；
• Ensure to genearl operation of the supermarkets in his/her area and make sure the operation is in line company's policy;
• 管理区域下门店的综合运营，确保门店运营符合公司的规定；
• Keep his/her staff's performance high;
• 管理并激励下属员工的工作表现；
• Work with the lowest possible cost and highest possible efficiency;
• 努力实现低成本和高效率；
• Delivery as high productivity as possible;
• 实现尽可能高的产出率；
• Colaberate with other deparments.
• 与其他部门协力合作。

Requirements:

要求：

• Diploma degree or above;
• 大专以上学历；
• Economy related major is preferred;
• 经济类专业优先；
• At least 6 years working experience;
• 至少6年工作经验；
• Prefer: Excellent English ability, in both oral and written skills;
• 英语熟练者优先；
• Enthusiasic and kind, open-minded and optimistic, hard-working and responsible;
• 为人热情善良、开明乐观、工作认真负责；
• Experience with retail business is preferred;
• 有零售经验者优先；
• Able to drive is preferred.
• 能自驾者优先。
