職務說明
Lead regional central resources to maximize sales and service performance
Ensure all regional activities are aligned with organizational goals
Take full responsibility for delivering the regional budget, forecast and sales results
Drive a customer first mindset across all areas of the business
Work with division head on pricing strategy and competitive market position
Assist the division head in dealing with producer's requirements
Drive and make recommendations for improving customer service levels
Lead sales and service activities to ensure full market coverage is achieved
Manage resource levels and performance to ensure business goals are met
Ensure individual team members are adequately trained and supported for future career progression

Good English ability
Excellent leadership and team leading experience
Familiar with both Sales/Developing function and Customer Service function
Technical/Engineering background preferred
Machinery, Industrial, Automotive, Construction sectors experience is plus
