This position is responsible for defining and executing the business strategies in the responsible area in China and supporting the long term business growth plan for BI China
Develop business strategy for the responsible area to attain annual business objectives and increase market share.
Work with DSMs to set business target , build business plans and strategies, analyze data, drive marketing Missions and initiatives, assign business territories.
Managing business teams in designated geographical area. Responsible for the leading, coaching and growth of direct reports
100% follow BI Compliance and EHS requirements
Develop and manage Key Account assignments, including but not limited to doctors, hospitals, and other key market segments
Qualifications:
Education/Degree/Major Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in medical or pharmacy
Language skills & proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin
Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies): At least 6 years of business or marketing experience in MNC ,and 3 years experience in leading team; Solid ability of coaching and counselling with business team to build motivation and selling skills; Customer focus and result oriented, solid business planning and resource allocation skills; Strong problem solving skill
