We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Product Lead to join our Innovation and Business Excellence team and to be based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with options to be based in Stockholm/Södertälje, Oslo or Helsinki.

It will be your and the team’s responsibility to design, perfect and launch experiences for healthcare professionals and patients that will improve patient outcomes. You will focus on one of our therapeutic areas – Respiratory – where you will work together with the a cross-functional team to define digital experiences that will augment the impact of the Respiratory business unit across the Nordics and Baltics.

Belonging to the Innovation and Business Excellence team, you will be supported by your two fellow digital leads focusing on Cardio-vascular, Renal and Metabolism, and on Oncology. Additionally, you will work closely with a business enabling team, the implementation team, and the Business Intelligence Manager for the Respiratory business unit. Alongside this, you will also liaise with the AstraZeneca Global Digital Lead for Respiratory to gain and share insights and best practices for efficient execution.
 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for solution success by ensuring the solutions create value for the users and the organization
  • Working as part of an agile team, as you will be responsible for the requirements analysis and creation through the end-to-end agile delivery lifecycle 
  • Ownership of the backlog, defining and prioritizing requirements and breaking down into deliverable tasks
  • Analysing the performance and usage of the solutions. Use these to drive decisions on development and what is next
  • Responsible for the roadmap with the ability to articulate to stakeholders and the team to ensure buy-in
  • Help define, set, and meet Objectives with Key Results identified
  • Continuously improve and enhance workflow processes to ensure continuous delivery and releases of value
  • Act as main point of contact between stakeholders (organizational, customer and industry) and the project team regarding development feedback and direction
     

Qualifications

  • +5 years professional experience within the fields of digital product development, business analysis and user experiences
  • Passion for product development with a strong focus on user value
  • Strong experience from Design Thinking
  • Excellent track record of launching and managing successful digital products
  • Strong leadership skills with experience of internal and external stakeholder management
  • Experience of owning and communicating the product vision and concepts to the team and stakeholders 
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams delivering software projects within a variety of methodologies 
  • Experience of an iterative approach to solution development and delivering with a regular release cadence 
  • Ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decision making
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Evidence of problem solving and providing creative solutions, being able to orchestrate a variety of success factors.

Desirable / Optional

  • Experience from CRM and CIM systems
  • Experience from healthcare or public sector
  • A good sense of humor
