Responsibilities

• Ability to instigate good design through critical and analytical thinking.
• Confidence to work, draft and brainstorm through 2D and 3D media.
• Coordinate with other architects, engineers and specialist to produce presentation material.
• Familiar with notions of sustainability, solar protection, code regulations and technical designs.
• Comfortable to work in different stages and programs of architectural projects.

Requirements

• Bachelors of Architecture (equivalent) or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years' working experience with China projects. Fresh graduate is also welcome.
• Candidates with less working experience will also be considerate.
• Interested and have some experiences in Facade design.
• Strong graphic and presentation skills, as well as communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup/Rhino, Adobe Suite and Grasshopper.
• Ability to work in both English and Chinese Languages, both written and spoken.
