Job Description工作描述:

• 丰富的国内外民用建筑装饰室内设计经验（独栋、双拼、单多层民用建筑），且具备扎实的建筑室内表现、表现和布局设计能力；

  Rich experience of interior design for international and civil architectural decoration(single-family, double-stack, single-story & multi-story civil building),

  and solid building performance and layout design capabilities;

• 熟练使用Revit, Sketchup等BIM建筑设计软件进行设计；

  Proficient in using Revit and Sketchup and other BIM architectural design software to design;

• 根据客户要求组织初步和优化设计；控制建筑图纸的设计质量与进度；

  Organize preliminary and optimized design according to customer requirements; control the quality and progress of architectural drawing design;

• 材料技术要求的制定及材料采购工作配合；

  Confirmation of the technical requirements of construction materials and cooperation with purchasing work;

• 负责施工中的建筑设计技术的配合；

  Technical support during construction process;
  

  
  

  Requirements 任职要求:
  

  
  

• 具三年以上相关工作经验；具橱柜或室内一体化布局设计工作经验优先考虑；

  Over 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in kitchen cabinet or indoor integrated layout design is a plus;

• 外资企业工作经历优先考虑；

  Experience of foreign enterprises is preferred;

• 具备英语交流能力者优先考虑；

  Good English skills strongly preferred;
