Architect and Urban planner wanted in Changchun city in China ASAP

We are non-profit city planning and design organization in Changchun city.
Our organization established in 1980 in Changchun city which located in the North East of China

Positions:
1. Senior Architect/ Urban planner
Requirements:
Major in Architecture or city planning
Mater degree or above
At least 3-5 working experiences in Architectural Design or Urban Planning &Designing;
International company’s working experience is preferred
Be Familiar with the concept and regulations
Creativity, hard working, Team working, leadership skills
Good communicational and organizational skills
Large projects experiences are preferred

2. Graduated Architect/Urban Planner & Designing( Internship position)
Major in Architecture or city planning
Bachelor degree or above
Be Familiar with the concept and regulations
Assist project development
Be able to complete draft assignments
Attend group meetings
Creativity, hard working, Team working
Good communicational skills
Be able to lead a team to complete project
Be able to lead and manage a team

For the positions above, you need to be:
Fluency in English
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop etc
