Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing one of our private residential / government projects;
• Supervising the concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender documents and construction documents;
• Project management and contract administration;
• Chair client meetings and site visit.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years post-qualification experience after HKIA or equivalent;
• Experience in new school / institutional projects is an advantage;
• Strong in design and contract administration skills;
• Sound knowledge in construction/ technical details;
• Well-versed in local building regulations;
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
