Division: Sales Channel Development
Location: Beijing

Develops architectural concepts under consideration of functionality, CI, local requirements, cost and dealer profitability. Evaluates Sites in regards to considered BMW capacity planning. Steers design meetings together with the investor, project manager, local design institute and agency. Supervises construction sites to guaranty the proper implementation of architectural concepts and to ensure high quality of details, material, and workmanship. Guides external design agencies in all aspects of the facility design and construction. Leads interior design concept development and coordinates the implementation of the fit out. Supports project management in all matters of building consultancy. Supports the design and implementation of BMW Group and BBA/NSC owned buildings like brand experience centers. Improves and builds knowledge to constantly advance construction quality and standards. ？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ ？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

Key Responsibilities
- Developing architectural concepts and steering architectural design meetings with investors and other internal departments. Responsible for BMW CI implementation in outcome of construction of buildings.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ ？？？？？？？？？？？ ？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？
- Guiding external design agencies in all aspects of the facility design and consultation in construction management process.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ ？？？？？？？？？？？ ？？？？？？？？？？？
- Studying feasibility of potential outlets, in aspects of land use, program layout, and building code related issues.
- Follow up the construction of the dealer facility, guiding the BMW building standards implementation, to ensure high quality of details, material, and craftsmanship.
- Support, consultancy and guidance for all partners in Mainland China in regards to building related issues.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？
- Bachelor of Architecture or above.？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？ ？？？？？？？？？？？
- 7-10 years’ professional experience in architecture/interior design.？？？？？？？？？？
- 1-3 years’ professional experience in automotive dealership design preferred.
- 1-3 years’ professional experience in project management and construction supervision as design architect.？？？？？？？？？？？
- Architecture/interior design skills through all phases of conceptual design to design development.
- Construction management skills as design architect.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and materials.
- Excellent knowledge of Chinese and English.
- Excellent computer skills in design, including and not limited to AutoCAD, Photoshop, sketch-up, InDesign, PPT, etc.
- Able to work in an international working environment.？？？？？
- Ability to coordinate with multifunctional teams from both internal and external.
- Ability to present and promote the design concept.
