We need an entrepreneurial leadership style to harness this unique opportunity in Denmark. Reporting to the Applications Sales Country Leader, you will have the freedom to work with a world class sales team with full responsibility to lead, drive and deliver new Cloud sales revenues across the applications as well as renew existing customers.
The SaaS Sales Director’s primary responsibilities are delivering expected levels of revenue performance, and ensuring team & customers’ success.
Business Management
- Accountable for Cloud Applications revenue growth in Denmark
- Responsible for setting the organisation strategy and direction to deliver revenue requirements, positive Net Bookings.
- Exhibits credibility & effectively manages internal & external stakeholders, customers & networks
- Responsible for pipeline management, opportunity management and demand generation
- Maintains executive relationships in top accounts and with Partners
- Establish and manage cross-functional processes with solution consulting, finance, legal, marketing, education, channels, etc. and intra-regional account sharing.
- Create and manage short term and long term business plan
- Actively participate in key deals, strategy, execution, and building customer and external partner relationships
- Leverage company best practices to ensure customer success and maintain executive relationships in top region accounts
- Driving the external market awareness for the region
Required Skills/Experience
- 5+ years of front line Sales leadership experience required
- Successfully achieved demonstrable growth across multiple product lines, including a strong understanding of our SaaS product portfolio and offerings.
- Extensive experience in a direct sales environment
- Extensive leadership experience in managing sales teams through second line management
- Master’s Degree Equivalent is a minimum requirement

Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. May manage a Regional Manager or Branch Manager. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.
Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge.
