Job Description
Oracle ERP Development team is seeking a senior software developer to work with our innovative products/tools and services. The position is for Trivandrum location. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud applications
  • Evaluate new technology and infrastructure for applications  
  • Develop user-facing features and API's for consumption within UI frameworks
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Create automated unit and functional tests
  • Optimise application for performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
 
Key Requirements

 - 7+ years experience in a software development environment 
 - Experience in web UI/GUI development with JS, HTML5, CSS3
 - Experience in SOAP/REST/VXML
 - Exposure to Cloud Applications Development, deployment, monitoring, CI/CD process & K8S, Docker
 - B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech in Computer Science or related engineering discipline from a reputed institute
 - Proactive, Strong Result orientation (propose solutions based on product capabilities) and Creativity. 
 - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
 - Very good presentation and interpersonal skills

 

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
