Your tasks:

1. Arranging and conducting trainings in office and at customer site on how to use our software

2. Providing technical support on how to apply our software (trouble shooting, identifying reasons and solving differences between Logopress simulation and reality, advising customers on progressive die processes

and related areas)

3. Sales support e.g. by holding software live demos and technical presentations (on-site, webinar, conferences)

4. Technical account management: developing customer relationships, identifying/promoting opportunities for value added through Logopress software solutions

5. Conduct market analysis and provide feedback/report to management in Europe

6. Handle Chinese translation of Logopress software

Your profile:

1. Degree in Manufacturing Engineering area (BSc. / MSc. level)

2. Strong practical experience in progressive die design

3. Fluent CAD user, ideally SOLIDWORKS

4. Familiar with tool & die industry

5. Personal network in automotive OEMs and supply chain is a plus

6. Personality: good “teacher” and enjoys working with people, enjoys continuous learning, takes ownership to follow-up/solve customer questions/problems, “sales personality” to promote our product on technical level and influence customer’s working style and methodology

7. Fluent/native Chinese, OK/good English skills

8. Willingness to travel intensively within China (and sometimes abroad)
