Main Duties:
1. Collecting, revising and formalizing the technical specifications and process interfaces of Chinese projects.
2. The workflow starts from the sales phase (set up of pre-engineering inputs according to the project requirements) and continues with the preparation of technical proposals aligned with Hug engineering guidelines.
3. He/she will also supervise and validate the correct field installation, commissioning and performance testing of the equipment, providing feedback to colleagues and the Swiss HQ.
4. He/she will instruct the field service personnel and advise the clients about the correct operation and maintenance of the installed product base.Responsibilies:
1. The candidate shall be accountable for the proper application an operation of Hug technologies across the entire products portfolio in China: stationary for diesel and gas gensets, marine for commercial and recreational ships, mobile for off-road and railway applications and generally for exhaust after-treatment segments sold to engine OEMs.
2. He/she will be responsible for correct transfer of disclosable knowledge (technologies applicability framework and performance, O&M guidelines) between Hug and the Chinese market, via oral communications (training, presentations) and written documentation (technical manuals, articles and marketing materials). He/she will be liable for the protection of non-disclosable intellectual properties belonging to Hug or covered by secrecy agreements stipulated by Hug with third-parties.Qualifications:
1. Education: M.Sc. Engineering preferably major in Mechanical/Energetic/Marine/Chemical/Environmental
2. Managerial experience in the technical department of companies dealing with applications of gas/diesel engines such as engine dealers, genset packagers, EPC contractors, shipyards, locomotive builders.
Alternatively, technical manager of engine OEMs with significant experience in the design, specification and integration of the entire exhaust after-treatment section.职能类别： 其他 技术研发工程师
