Job Responsibilities:

• Acting as a ‘Technical Bridge’ between customer and sales/agent, to provide technical support and expertise to

customers and testing applications;

• Convert customer request to acceptable/feasible solution based on his knowledge on Cement process, Refractory/

Ceramic science and Refratechnik Group portfolio;

• Enable customers to understand our needs so as to maximize customer satisfaction;

• Establish clear contract objectives and expectations to avoid closing conflicts;

• Perform sales presentations and demonstrations;

• Provide feedback on material behavior in customer plants; provide development suggestions based on field experience.

• Perform any other ad hoc projects as and when required.
  

Job Requirements:

• Chinese nationality, Bachelor Degree in Inorganic Material Science or related areas;

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in cement process and material/ceramic/refractory are preferred;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player;

• Flexible and multitasked to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams;

• Travel across China to meet all design institutes/customers with agents/sales on relatively short notice;

• Highly result driven and ability to demonstrate project management;

• Proficient in written and spoken English;

• Immediate available is highly preferred.
  

Position based in Dalian and Beijing, a friendly and multi-cultural work environment with an attractive remuneration

package as the follows: monthly salary RMB12,000-20,000 including: 5-day work base + social security & pension +

annual leave and excellent development opportunities will be offered to the right candidate.
