JOB SUMMARY:

Focusing on Firstdata VisionPLUS related project development, as well as production support, contributing to project deliveries with good quality as well as fast issue resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

?To be the SME on at least one of the area/sub-system of V+.
?To assist in obtaining user requirement for mainframe system and application
?To develop technical specifications for mainframe system and application change.
?Responsible for mainframe system work such as system setup for new client, online batch change at system and application activities, etc.
?Rotation on call support production issue.
?To conduct trouble-shooting activities to ensure the existing system is running smoothly.
?To work closely with other application services team members in the team on project basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Education: (Level and Major of Education)

?Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline from a reputable University.

2.Working Experience: (Minimum experience required in a particular industry, type of organization , functional area)

?A minimum of 4 years mainframe system and/or application development experience, preferably acquired from the banking industry in China.
?Knowledge of VisionPLUS would be a plus.

3. Skill & Competency: (Such as personalities, leadership, teamwork, communication etc.):

?Knowledge of Credit Card experience and Banking system experience would be a plus.
?Familiar with mainframe CICS, VSAM, JCL, COBOL, etc with good analysis skills
?Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
?Result-oriented who could work under pressure and deadline.
?Team-player with good working attitude.
