Job description:
1. Work independently or lead a team to conduct monoclonal antibody generation by hybridoma, single B- cell cloning, immune library or other methods required for a specific therapeutic program.
2. Participate or take a lead in establishing a comprehensive technology platform, acquire and initiate now antibody technologies, improve and refine existing technologies.
3. May need to lead and establish the high throughput mAb screening platform with protein based and cell based assays, and the compatible functional assays.
4. Perform data analysis and data summary; prepare progress report and present the data to upper manager or collaborator in Chinese or English.
5. This position will also be responsible for maintaining/generating documents and records on daily basis, coordinate laboratory tasks across the company and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. PhD or equivalent with >5 years experience with major or training in biology or biochemistry field, MS/BS in biology background with > 10 years relevant experience.
2. Extensive experience in one or more of the following technologies including transgenic animal platform, hybridoma, B-cell cloning, phage/yeast display, etc.
3. Extensive experience in high throughput screening assays such as ELISA, FACS, Acumen/Mirraball, iQue, HTRF, etc. Extensive knowledge or experience in biologics functional is a plus.
4. Mammalian cell culture experience and skills are highly desired.
6. Strong capability of team work and handling multi-tasks, good communication skills in both Chinese and/or English and ability of coordinating activities cross functional groups. Grant or patent application experience is a big plus.
7. Trained in notebook recording, data analysis and report preparation.

1. Good organizational and planning skills in order to meet deadlines and to handle multi tasks.

Title: Associate scientist or scientist
Field: Animal immunization and screening
Job description:
1. Work independently or in a team to prepare the immunogens and immunize wild type or fully human antibody transgenic mice for antibody generation by hybridoma and B-cell cloning technologies.
2. Need to receive and QC test the antigens and immunogens, immunize the animals and test bleed according to the schedules. Prepare antiserum and check the immune response by specified assays such as ELISA, western blot, FACS, receptor binding assay, etc.
3. Schedule the immunization and bleeding activities of multiple discovery projects, organize and coordinate project activities from different project team. Provide summary to the supervisor and project leaders.
4. This position will also be responsible for maintaining/generating documents and records on daily basis, coordinate common laboratory tasks and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. MS/BS in biology background with 0-5 years relevant experience in animal handling and/or immunization.
2. Experienced or familiar with animal handling, animal welfare, animal immunization and test bleeding, antiserum preparation.
3. Experienced or familiar with one or more of the assays including ELISA, FACS, SDS-PAGE, Western blot, etc.
5. Strong capability of team work and handling multi-tasks, good communication skills and ability of coordinating activities cross functional group.
6. Trained in notebook recording, data analysis and report preparation.
