10 years+ of Software development experiences, including:
1. 4 years+ programming experiences
2. 3 years+ software architecture design experiences
3. 4 years+ working on Android platform experiences (BSP, Framework, or Applications)
4. Performance optimization experiences (Single application or System wise)
5. Experience to breakdown a system architecture, diagnosing architectural issues

Nice to have:
1. Linux kernel upstream experience
2. Familiar with CPU/GPU/DSP/co-processor system design
3. Understand of Linux kernel architecture
4. Understand of Android Architecture
5. Familiar with makefile (e.g. GUN make, ninja, auto make)
6. Familiar with various developer tools (e.g. GIT, Gerrit, debug tools, profile tools, etc…)
