工作内容：

• Independently own the Analytics project for any client, including all steps from the beginning in terms of data processing and database understanding and up till the insights/recommendation generation phase and making effective power point presentations
• Help understand Business problems from the client side and help reduce it to simple understandable terms and have the ability to answer/give solutions to these problems using insights generated from intuitive understanding of client business as well as on the basis of data findings.
• Communicate with the client on the approach, solution and insights generated
• Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) on customer objectives
• Mentor/provide necessary guidance to a team of Business Analysts and Data Specialists, in eventually making them owners of entire analytics projects
• Work with cross-functional external and internal teams – to recommend, design and measure impact-generating programs and CRM campaigns.
• Have the vision and ability to automate standard activities and tasks in order to make available extra bandwidth for the Analytics team

岗位要求：

• Candidates with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Business consultancy/Analytics
• Ability to think of Client requirements in Querying terms and write and execute simple and complex queries based on the requirement
• Exposure in handling Clients in China as part of agencies
• Prior experience in data analytic tools & delivering presentations to the client
• Preferable to have candidates with prior experience on Transactional data related analysis
• Expertize in MS Excel and knowledge on one data analysis platform : SQL is a must，SAS / R is better to have
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
