* Use analytics to build a platform that can sustainably improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operation * Take the group's vision and interpret to local Taiwan market, ensure the constant evolvment, innovatition and meet the business needs * Coach and lead the Operation team

* Above 4-5 years of Operations management or Consulting experience within multi-cultural teams * Excellent in data analytical, you'll be able to interpret and present data to various audiences and translate quantitative findings into action plans * Project Management experience with successful projects kick-off results * Fluency in English and Mandarin * Strong problem solving and analytical skills with great attention to details
