Workyou'lldo:

• Buildanin-depthknowledgeofthemedicalinstitution‘sbusinessandproposespecificsolutionstoassistprojectmanagersinformulatingprojectproposals.
• Undertheleadershipoftheprojectmanager,responsibleforimplementationofmedicalrelatedserviceprojects,includingriskmanagementandinternalcontrol,medicalinstitutionprocessmanagement,financialmanagement,performancemanagementandoptimization.
• Assistprojectmanagertocommunicatewithcustomers,organizeandimplementproject,presenttheprojectresulttotheclient.
• Responsibleforprojectmanagement,includingquality,timeandcostmanagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelordegreeorabove,medicalschoolbackgroundispreferred.

Medicalinstitutionwith5-10years'workexperience,experiencedinmedicalinstitutionprocess,financeandhumanresourcemanagementispreferred；or

Healthcareandlifescienceconsultingfirmwith2-5years'workexperience,experiencedinmedicalinstitutionoperationalandsystemmanagementorHospitalaccreditation.

Projectleaderexperienceispreferred.
