Job Duties:

• Configuration, customization and deployment/Notebook Computers/replacement of PCs/Tablet PCs/Printers
• Daily housekeeping and maintenance, Confidential Mail System and Lotus Notes System
• Trouble shooting of PC, LAN and Lotus Notes clients
• Provide technical advice and solutions for end-users
• Evaluation of new IT products
• Other duties as assigned by senior officers

 

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT or related discipline
• At least 4 years IT experience with 2 years in similar capacity
• At least 4 years’ experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration, PC or notebook technical Support and Windows Server 2008/2012
• Experience in problem tackling in common client OS/software, e.g. MS Windows 7/10, MS Office 2010/2013/2016, Lotus Notes R8/R9, Symantec Ghost Server, etc.
• Candidates should be able to communicate with users effectively with good attitude.
• HK permanent resident is required
