Job Duties:

• Develop software programming and provide technical supports
• Conversion of radar data in data formats for downstream applications
• Carrying out quality control of radar data of the new radar
• Developing software programs and scripts to enable the new radar
• Evaluating the various new radar products (e.g. layer turbulence) outputted
• Software and making them available for display on the Intranet and use by downstream applications
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma and Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years or more related IT experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in C++, 1 year in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
• Experience in C and Web programming with knowledge in JAVA and PHP will be an advantage
• HK permanent resident is required
