Work you'll do:



  • Team with others to produce a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience

  • Collect, assimilate and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions

  • Apply basic financial concepts to client and Deloitte business models

  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and adapt to changing priorities to instill confidence in team

  • Use and apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly

  • Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients

  • Apply technology fundamentals to client situations

  • Find and leverage a diverse set of resources and share findings with others

  • Analyze benchmark and internal HR data to surface target, high impact transformation opportunities


You're also expected to:

Qualification:




  • Bachelor degree or above in human resource management, psychology, statistics or related disciplines, preferably MBA

  • Minimum 1 year' consulting experience preferably in reputable consulting company or with HR experience in corporation is desirable

  • In-depth understanding of following areas: organization design, executive compensation, short term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management, HR technology solutions etc.

  • Strong analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service

  • Strong consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure

  • Mature, proactive and committed

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills

  • Can accept business travel
