General Description :

Be responsible for the monthly closing and reporting; provide the analysis to meet the requirement from business function

Specific Accountabilities:

1.Monthly closing and reporting:?Responsible for upload monthly financial result in Hyperion, prepare flash reports and preliminary result overview by region for management review.

?Make data entries in TM1 and make monthly disclosures in Hyperion to comply with group requirements.

?Assist in analysis of budget and actual variance.

?Prepare financial statements for branches to assist their monthly tax clearance

2.Forecast and budget:

?Work closely with HO, traffic depts and other regional offices to conduct quarterly forecasts, annual budget and MTP.

?Responsible to input final result into TM1.

3.Quarterly Cash Flow planning:

?Maintain the rolling cash flow plan for the following 12 months based on the update P&L forecast and the latest quarterly result, considering the seasonal fluctuation of business.

4.Financial analysis:

?Assist management to analyze financial figure and help them to improve their operation from financial perspective.

5.Process improvement:

?Standardize and improve financial process if necessary. Eg. Procar data clearance; Gross Profit closing process improvement; Standardize CCR financial reports.

6.External & Internal audit:

?Assist external & internal audit to provide breakdown, get supporting documents and make explanations and follow up outstanding issues.

Experience and Qualifications：

?Bachelor’s degree major in finance or accounting related major

?2 years relevant experience in multinational company

?With good interpersonal skills

?Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must

?Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage

?Good interpersonal skill with teamwork spirit

?Problem Solving and analytical skill

?Customer focus and solution oriented
