职位描述
· Physical Inventory, Cycle Count & Adjustments coordination with Finance and location owners, detailed comments "root & cause” if line-item discrepancies exist. Ensure inventory accuracy above 99.9% Monthly.
· Understand & enhance B2B mapping, Location mapping, Transaction mapping, and Part number mapping. Analyze Failure transaction from B2B and work with IT to implement short-term and long-term solutions.
· Drive disposition and reporting for Global Non-Moving Inventory, MRB(Material Review Board), RMA materials, E & O (Excess& Obsolete) and Remnant Die. Etc.
· Perform audits and coordinate with Internal & External auditors relate to inventory processes & operations.
· Drive Global remnant die sales process running monthly and support Quarterly/Month End Revenue recognition cut-off activities.
· Define & analyze inventory movement scenarios and approve process by Web-EAAR and coordinate with site owners& FIN, and IT.
· Be responsible for any new process set up in terms of materials flow from raw materials to finished goods.
· Facilitate SAP Enhancements within the Inventory Management Areas (Prefer to have SAP experience in PP & MM module).
· Lead or support projects regarding digitalization in Logistics if needs.

· Require BS/BA degree or equivalent with five or more years of relevant experience.
· Familiar with captive factory processes, e.g. Sales, Planning, Manufacture, Purchase, Warehouse. etc.
· Ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, Self-motivated and self-directed.
· Proved desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
· Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadline.
· Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to document requirements and specifications.
· Strong data analysis ability; familiar with office applications and proficient in MS Excel or other BI tools a bonus.
· Sounded MRP knowledge and SAP or Oracle EBS skills.
· Familiar with programming (VB / VBA / Java / C#/SQL) is a plus.
