Job Duties:

• Buildup of local analysis competence for the execution and measurement of vehicle

performance and consumptions

• Analysis of development projects and existing vehicle models
• Buildup competence for sponti / hesitation measurement of Audi / VW group / competitor vehicles
• Target-oriented purchasing and preparation of suitable measurement and analytical techniques regarding cross-departmental requirements in R&D (AUDI CHINA)
• Further development of measurement techniques and application on AUDI and competitor vehicles (conventional / NEV)

a. - Derive market specific requirements and vehicle targeting

b. - Derive market-specific efficiency measures

c. - Regular comparison with EU- / FBU-projects

• Independent measurement and analysis of vehicle performance and consumption of competitor vehicles if necessary

a. - NEV specific testing

b. - Support pre tests of the cars

c. - Support the authority by testing the cars for the Incentives

• Organize the rotative monitoring (calibration) of PM / MM
  

b. - Manage the PM / MM database

c. - Responsible for keeping the calibration / verification certificates for PM / MM within OE

d. - Responsible for the initial release of PM / MM within OE

e. - Manage the qualification training for PM / MM using positions

• Handle defective / overdue PM / MM

Qualifications:

Education:

• A minimum of a Dipl.-Ing./ Master’s Degree in Automotive Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or similar scientific discipline;
• Craftsmanship in soldering cables & plugs for measurement and testing

Professional skills:

• Working experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in energy management analyzing desired
• Cross-cultural competence is a plus
• Proficient MS Office knowledge
• Familiar with in DIAdem(NI), INCA & DA(ETAS), DiagRA (RAConsulting) is a plus
• Knowledge of CAN-Bus, FlexRay-Bus & wiring harness
• Chinese driving license/ Audi Prototype driving license is necessary, driving pleasure and willingness to travel
