Scope of Responsibilities This candidate will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team and will align technical offerings with business needs to promote and expand the use of Siemens’ EDA Calibre products to solve the customer’s business and technical needs. Strong communication skills are essential. The candidate is required to have a strong business acumen, with experience in business development. The candidate will collaborate with account managers through the entire cycle including: pre-sales, business architecture, customer negotiation, and contract approval. They will oversee the engagement through delivery, acceptance, and identify future opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for achieving financial performance metrics for the region. The candidate will be responsible for all engagements across the region to ensure engagements are well scoped, with well-defined deliverables and acceptance criteria. This will also involve identifying resources and providing project management, either directly, or with assigned project managers, for all of the region’s engagements. The candidate will be responsible for working with other regions to provide direction for new offering development to align with emerging customer needs. Job Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in Physical Verification enablement and/or Semiconductor Manufacturing solutions. Preference direct experience with the Siemens’ EDA Calibre product line. Strong knowledge of Product Development methodologies and flows and in architecting custom solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively within collaborative team environment Past project management skills and proven experience in driving successful outcomes. Past experience as a team lead is preferred Ability to travel up to 25% Minimum Requirements BS degree with strong engineering background. MS Preferred. This candidate is responsible for developing and driving Calibre-based Services offerings in the Americas region. This involves the full Services life-cycle from discovery to close of engagement.
