岗位描述:
We are seeking a highly qualified PR Manager to join our Asia Pacific PR team in the company's Hangzhou headquarters. The individual will be responsible for promoting a positive image of Alibaba Group in select Asian markets by developing and executing effective communications and media relations programs.

Responsibilities
 Develop the marketing communications plan, including strategy, goals, budget and tactics, for select Asia Pacific markets
 Manage agencies for the execution of communications strategy
 Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level opportunities in print, broadcast and online media with support from local agencies
 Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
 Manage media inquiries and interview requests
 Coordinate public relations activities
 Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
 Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
 Evaluate speaking opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships on an on-going basis
 Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
 Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them

岗位要求:
 Proven working experience in public relations or news organizations required
 7 years of experience or more in the industry. Experience in China internet companies preferable
 Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and regional level
 Strong relationships with business and industry media outlets
 Exceptional writing and editing skills
 Fluent in Chinese and English. Knowledge of one additional Asian language preferable
 Event planning experience
 BA/MA degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing Advertising, or a related discipline
 Hangzhou-based. Regional travel required
