AliExpress is looking for an experienced Marketing Planer. Think and execute fresh ideas, build the campaign from 0 to end. The ideal candidate has a good combination of the creative ideas and detail execution plan. 岗位描述:
1. 基于对西班牙消费者需求的洞察、市场分析制定适合国家站的品类规划(标类&非标类):包括品类规划,运营节奏制定,商家商品策略制定。
2. 商家、商品招商和运营:制定适合西班牙国家站的招商规则,招募目标市场需要的商家,进行工厂、产业带、中间商等各类型的商家的合作沟通;选款选品,进行目标商品招商与价格谈判,执行规划,运营培育有潜力的商家,拿到结果。
3.营销活动策划执行:策划组织国家站差异化的中大促、季节性和日常种草的品类营销活动,对接营销平台,进行商家商品输出,打造成交爆发力。
4.符合行业需求的平台产品策划:根据行业特性,策划合适的平台产品,通过平台化数据化的方式,将商品输送给目标消费者;对流量分配方式与效率、购买转化率提升、成交提升给出建议并推动落实。
1. Based on the Spanish insight, consumers data analysis, category planning needs to be made clearly and logically. Responsible for category planning and operation schedule, sellers&products strategy.
2. Sellers, products recruiting and operating: make suitable rules to recruite sellers for Spanish site who understand consumers' demands well; communicate with factories, industrial zones, agencies etc. Products selection, price negotiation, implement of the category planning step by step efficiently to reach the goal.
3. Planning and execution of promotions: plan different types of promotions, e.g. mid or big Sale, seasonal, daily promotions.
4. Platform product optimizing to meet the requirements of categories: according to the characteristics of the categories, provide suggestions about platform product optimizing; organize and sell goods successfully to target consumers based on data analysis; give some contributive advice on improving the efficiency of traffic channels, purchase convertion rate and GMV(Gross Merchandise Volume) of different categories.

岗位要求:
1. 服装服饰,鞋包配饰等非标行业或3C电子,家电等标类行业的线下或线上5年及以上工作经验,有跨境电商经验和综合运营能力优先;
2. 消费者洞察:对消费者需求有敏锐的洞察力,对消费者心理,特别是欧洲、拉美国家消费者心理、消费行为、消费偏好有研究,有根据消费者洞察做出业务判断并拿到结果的优先;
3. 熟悉产业带、工厂分布,对行业内的产业链与生态有自己的独到见解,有过深入合作或经营的优先;
4. 选款选货能力强,能够根据数据进行货品规划、货品组织,进行价格谈判;
5. 有良好的互联网意识、平台意识,学习能力强;
6. 良好的项目管理能力,趋势预判、目标拆解、合作与执行能力强;
7. 能熟练使用英语,懂西班牙语的优先。
1. 5+ years offline or online working experience in non-standard industries such as clothing, footwear and accessories or standard industries such as 3C Tech, consumer electronics, home appliances, etc. Experience in cross-border e-commerce with comprehensive operation abilities is highly preferred.
2. Consumers insight: keen insight of the market demands, familiar with consumers psychology, especially whom from European countries, Latin American countries etc. Have done or willing to do investigations on consumer behavior, consumer purchasing preferences. Can do market prediction based on consumers psychology, consumer behavior and consumer purchasing preferences.
3. Familiar with the distribution of industrial zones and factories, have unique views on the industrial chain and ecology constructing. In-depth cooperation with factories or operation experience is preferred.
4. Good at products selection, price negotiation, implement of the category planning.
5. Good business sense of Internet, platform awareness and strong learning abilities.
6. Excellent project management ability, good at market trends forecasting and target disassembling, strong cooperation, communication and execution abilities.
7. Fluent English for business communication; fluency in Spanish is preferred.
