You will work as part of Alibaba Account Team, Alibaba Business Group. The mission of this account team is to help business leaders build transformative businesses, including strategic planning, new business launch strategy, process and platform transformation, business process operations, etc.

What You'll Do
You’ll be responsible for driving sustainable business growth and forging strong business relationship for clients.

In this role, you’ll conduct market/customer research and analysis and keep abreast with industry and market trends to develop business proposals. You will meet with customers face to face to understand their needs and respond effectively with a preliminary suggestion. You will analyze potential business impact for different business development initiatives and prioritize working arrangements accordingly.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal departments on matters related to all new contracts. You will also prepare drafts of documents and execute all contracts in accordance to negotiated agreement within the framework of policies and procedures. You’ll provide close and constant follow-ups as well as updates to the client management team on potential leads to help with business development. Lastly, you’ll build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, government authorities and other stakeholders.
