Key Accountabilities:


  • Handle daily customer and overseas related correspondences.
  • Receive per-alert and documentation handling
  • Coordinate with respective departments for shipment handling and customers’ requirements and expectations
  • Coordinate with customers for shipments delivery as per SOP and customers’ requirements
  • Handle and follow up shipments as per SOP so to ensure smooth and proper handling of shipments
  • Communicate with overseas and prepare quotations to customers
  • Handle cargo pre-claim with insurance company.
  • Assist sales team prepare pre-sale tools or presentation material for regular account review.
  • Knowledge, Experience & Skills (Job specific competencies)
  • Minimum one year experience in air import operations
  • College degree or above
  • Basic air cargo handling knowledge, particularly on the area of inbound
  • Basic computer knowledge
