Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Handle daily customer and overseas related correspondences.
- Receive per-alert and documentation handling
- Coordinate with respective departments for shipment handling and customers’ requirements and expectations
- Coordinate with customers for shipments delivery as per SOP and customers’ requirements
- Handle and follow up shipments as per SOP so to ensure smooth and proper handling of shipments
- Communicate with overseas and prepare quotations to customers
- Handle cargo pre-claim with insurance company.
- Assist sales team prepare pre-sale tools or presentation material for regular account review.
- Knowledge, Experience & Skills (Job specific competencies)
- Minimum one year experience in air import operations
- College degree or above
- Basic air cargo handling knowledge, particularly on the area of inbound
- Basic computer knowledge
