Your tasks and responsibilities

• Receive new orders placed by client and request the relevant documentation from client.
• Ensure that cargo is collected and ready for carriage – ensure that cargo is correctly labeled, packaged and packed.
• Arrange customs examinations when necessary.
• Prepare the cost sheet and invoice.
• Ensure delivery of invoice to client not later than 48 hours after invoice.
• Follow up on payment of invoice by client.
• Complete accruals of all costs within 48 hours after invoicing.

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should have a good understanding of export procedures and airfreight forwarding knowledge. You have good telephone skills and has a customer-focused mindset.
