Air Export Customer Service 空运出口客服

Working Location at Downtown or PVG Site 工作地点在市区或浦东机场办公室

Functional Responsibility

• Receiving instruction from oversea office, confirming detailed receiving/delivery information. 从海外得到指令， 确认细节

• Quote accurately to oversea office/agent. 准确报价给海外

• Following SOP strictly, finding and settling issues in time. 严格根据SOP作业，及时发现处理问题

• Revert the booking to space controller in time. 及时把托书给到订舱同事

• Send pre-alert and issue invoice to oversea office in time. 及时发送预报和***给海外

• Following up oversea office/customer’s complaints and feedback in time. 及时处理投诉并反馈

• Monitor the flight schedule, inform oversea office any delay or cancellation. 跟进航班信息，如有异常及时通知

• Back up for team members when necessary.必要时做同事的后备

• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or department manager. 上级主管或部门经理安排的其他任务。

Personal Capabilities & Education

• Relative 2-6 years experience in forwarder industry, being able to communicate with overseas offices and agents in English. 有2-6年相关行业从业经验,能够与海外分公司通英文商业电函

• Being able to communicate with local agent and client smoothly with easy going personality.具亲和力,能够与国内代理及本土客户流畅沟通

• Being familiar with MS office and good at English lisenning, speaking reading & writing熟悉办公个自动化软件,英语听说读写流利

• Team player to work under high pressure as a team leader能够承担工作压力，作为组长领导组员高效率协作

• College or undergradudate as basic education background requirement大专或本科学历
