Job Description

工作内容:
1.负责空运客服工作,处理好客户进出口货物的操作要求和跟进

2.配合业务需要,为客户提供相关的咨询和回复

3.配合财务部的需求,处理计费明细和应收账单款项等

4.维护好客户,及时处理客户和海外代理的沟通

岗位要求:
1.1年以上空运操作或客服经验

2.英语良好,能处理日常英语邮件及系统录入

3.良好的服务态度和团队合作

4.工作认真细心负责


Role & Responsibilities:
Follow the pricing guideline to quote origin local charges and freight to response

Check schedule and report to shippers/overseas, flight track & trace

Open a physical file, create & confirm jobs in CONTROL (Agility Freight System)

Validate customs documents and follow up if there is any discrepancy

Arrange load plan to warehouse for stuffing

Input all data (i.e. SECT, BOLINS, HBL, ENS/AMS, etc) into CONTROL

Confirm departure and send J2J

Check draft MBL and send Pre-alert when all documents are ready

Input cost & revenue (provision)

Check & validate the correctness of supplier invoice & PIV

Issue invoices and ICA

Follow the local procedures for job and document archiving

Handle claims

Billing statement preparation; Billing report preparation for customers

Import/export customer PO management; PO chasing and report for import customers and export booking processing for customers (local/network) or for some prepaid traffic

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience requirements
Minimum of 1 years experience in services and logistics industry

Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight or sea freight

Strong MS applications, fluent English and Cantonese/Mandarin
