Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Continuously cultivate and strengthen relationships with farming customers, suppliers, and business counterparts.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service delivery.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Analyze regional and local agricultural markets to discern trends, identify opportunities, and anticipate potential challenges.
Develop strategic game plans and trading ideas to enhance sales and market penetration.
Sales Execution:


Execute sales plans with precision, consistent meetings and exceeding targets.
Communication and Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for product delivery to customers.
Provide timely updates on market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive activities.

Key Accountabilities:
Achieve and surpass the annual sales target of 140,000 MT through the implementation of effective sales strategies.
Foster and sustain robust relationships with customers, suppliers, and business counterparts.
Contribute to the development of market analyses, game plans, and trading ideas.
Ensure the smooth execution of sales plans and the timely delivery of products to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall business performance.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
A proven track record with a minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural sales or a related field.
Profound understanding of regional and local agricultural markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a focus on meetings and exceeding sales targets.
Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Proficiency in Chinese and Korean is a plus.

This position reports to the Project Manager and Board of Directors.
