Responsibilities:
- Be a member of engagement team or lead fieldwork providing advisory services in Finance Operation Model Transformation, Offshore outsourcing & SSC, Performance Management Framework, Finance System, Enterprise Cost Management System and other functions.
- Identify risks, weakness, discrepancies and gaps in view of client’s situation, regulatory requirements and common practice.
- Provide solution and deliverables including working papers, remedial action plans, draft reports, client’s internal policies in accordance with project proposal
- Support company level market development and related work, and complete annual personal learning tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, with minimum of 5 years working experiences in a leading business consulting organization or finance and accounting organization;
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities;
- Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise;
- Ability to create a positive learning culture, coach and develop team members;
- Good command of written and spoken English.
