Core Responsibilities

The Advisor plays an important role in creating a scalable, sustainable and effective Recruitment Service Delivery for the business. We need employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department, valuing collaboration, quality and fun in the everyday life.

  • Acts as direct line recruitment support for a designated region enabling recruiters and hiring managers to attract, interview and onboard new LEGO employees. Manage the end to end of the recruitment process scoped for BSO.
  • Post and manage open positions in the recruitment system and other talent attraction channels or tools.
  • Manage job posting through all recruitment phases enabling proper reporting and tracking.
  • Attend the kick-off meeting with the Hiring Manager & Recruiters to get a detailed understanding of the role specs for the open positions
  • Responsible for screening and shortlisting of quality candidates for all assigned open positions. Rank applicants fit to role. Inform candidates of status through the applicant tracking system
  • Be the touchpoint to all candidate electronic channels; invitation to interview, coordination and follow-up communications with candidates and hiring managers, and interview scheduling, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Timely highlight any challenges in getting quality candidates from the main screening source (eRec), so that Recruiters can focus on alternate sourcing channels.
  • Work with external recruitment agencies, if required.
  • Send and collate manager, candidate and recruiter satisfaction surveys at the end of each recruitment process
  • Consolidate results from satisfaction surveys for BSO & Recruitment Managers
  • Administrate the Tracker with all open positions to have accurate data for monthly reporting
  • Report open & closed positions and other defined regional metrics for BSO Leadership Team
  • Update regional metrics and data for team performance indicators

  • To form new collaborative relationships with stakeholders and thereby ensure sustainable implementation of the global processes in Asia including China
  • Coping with an exciting and constantly changing environment that includes various ways of working and cultural diversity among stakeholders.
  • Contribute to an excellent service through reporting results and keeping track of progress through performance indicators

Do you have what it takes?

  • High school graduate with minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience and experience from working in a support service environment, administration, HR recruitment area
  • Customer Service experience is a requirement
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Prior experience utilizing a recruitment tool or applicant tracking system is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Powerpoint)
