Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible of full life-cycle recruiting activities: sourcing, interviewing, checking references, and negotiating offers and support new hired associate assimilation to BBA
• Understanding our business model and products and clearly articulating the opportunity
• Initiate high quality of recruiting. Based on competency model, make sure the candidate fully meet the requirement on motivation fit and culture fit
• Providing timely updates and feedback on candidates to hiring managers and/or directly to candidates
• Build and strengthen relationships internally and externally, as well as drive the recruiting efforts through a variety of methods and techniques
• Proactively targeting, pursuing, meeting and closing top-performing candidates for open position
• Building and maintaining a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing candidate relationship management
• Working with other recruiters, line manager and planning teams to understand short and long term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for responsible department
• Capture and report on key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities, taking initiative to stay current with the latest recruiting trends and sourcing techniques

Qualifications

• University degree / Degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management
• + 5years of professional recruiting experience, with a strong preference for a background in technology or auto industry
• High energy and passion for recruiting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident with a natural ability to sell
• Deep problem solving skills with the ability to bring forward strategic ideas and initiatives
• Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team in a collaborative environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Polished presence with high level of professionalism and integrity; resilient work ethic and the ability to persevere in challenging situations
• Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience in an international company 4-6 Years
• Experience with candidates searching, selecting and channel utilize 4-6 Years
