Successful steering of quality targets of the T-division in PEP.

Assurance of quality interests of the T-division (plants) in PEP.

Implement preventive quality work across the divisions.

Integration of quality work of the divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project management, -organization
  
  • Technical control of quality representatives of the divisions (Technology QB) over the PTI-QI-team
  • Subject-related incorporation of the module QIs (e.g. review regarding T requirements, risks)
  • Ensure incorporation of plant quality in the project
  • Creation of quality report in AOL
  • Regular participation to (T-) PTT /T-PV-meeting
  • Ensure the interface to the quality department in the project over the quality team
  • Assurance of continuous audit planning
• Target management
  
  • Creation/provision of details for target agreement of operative quality targets (QZ, NA,…) of division per T (and KIFA)
  • Steering responsibility to achieve the quality objectives relevant for the T-division (the GKV-T will maintain the overall responsibility)
  • Draw up forecasts for NA to steer the achievement of the objectives
• SSA/requirements management for division scope.
• Q-Risk management for scope of division.
• Problem management process (tasks of person responsible for reporting line till transfer to plant).
• Tasks reporter T/Q Manager in PMP.
• Problem management in PEP within the division (LFB-T)
  
  • Adopts in the PEP the role of responsible sensor for the respective division and ensures that the sensors
  • Ensures the transfer of sensor responsibility in the plant and the function of the sensors of the respective division

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree.
• BMW Product knowledge.
• Ability to communicate and co-operate at all levels in BBA.
• Ability to communicate and co-operate with quality in BMW Group.
• Leadership skills.
• Communication skill with partner.
• Good English both in spoken and written, German is better.
• Comprehensive experience of automotive engineering and quality management 1-3 Years.
• Sound knowledge of the use of Quality Techniques and Failure Analysis / Risk Analysis methods 1-3 Years.
